I was born with the travel bug which led me to seek adventures and move from my native Sweden early on. First to the US, then UK, then back to the US, then on to Thailand and south-east Asia. And finally, after almost 25 years working internationally, I returned to Sweden, which has become my permanent home base again.

During the years abroad I have had the great fortune to work as a executive in large, global companies, as well as an entrepreneur starting businesses on different continents, and most importantly, in many different cultures. I have worked for great leaders and some not so great, and I have learned from all of them. I know from experience, the difficulties that come with managing teams, especially teams from many different cultures.

I also understand the challenges of being the leader of your own life, as we navigate the ever-changing world around us.
